Course Description:

The choices we make as we move through our day have significant impact on our well-being. Neurobics are activities that use your five physical senses and your emotional sense in unexpected ways and encourage you to shake up your everyday routines and generate the growth of new pathways in the brain. In this three part series, we will discuss ways to integrate neurobic activities into your daily life. We'll also introduce proven practices that allow you to influence the 40% of your happiness that is under your control. Join us as we uncover specific actions that can improve your life now and in the years to come.
