Course Description:

The brain is not always the logical and sequential machine we envision. How do we think? How do we remember? What causes us to forget? These are mysteries that we are only beginning to solve. Dr. Chris Hasegawa examines what recent neuroscience research teaches us about brain function and how thoughts and memories are created. Special attention will be given to music cognition and avoiding dementia. Information covered in previous offerings will be included as well as new findings and a deeper look at brain science.
