Course Description:

The Pinnacles Monument is one of our newest National Parks, and for good reason! The Pinnacles were once part of a huge volcano that migrated from southern California over 23 million years ago. We’ll spend a day within the East half of the park examining tectonic plate geology, diverse and active wildlife, brilliant wildflowers, Native American history and the recent re-introduction of the majestic California Condor.
