Course Description:

Unpack the foundations of mindful awareness and cultivate your own practice that can help support you through whatever life bringsā€”in stillness and movement, in your meditation, and in your daily life. Each session will combine teaching, guided meditation, and discussion to introduce various facets of mindful living. No previous experience is necessary. Topics to include: Connecting with Your Breath, Sensing Your Body, Mindfulness in Motion, and Everyday Mindfulness.
