Course Description:

To be mindful is to cultivate a way of being that is aware and compassionate. Join us as we support each other in deepening and refreshing our practice of mindfulness through teaching, discussion, meditation, and written reflection. In this four-part offering, you'll experience various forms of practice, explore key themes, and be inspired to practice mindfulness where it really counts: in the fabric of your daily life and relationships.

We'll meet online via Zoom. Zoom is free and easy to use. OLLI will walk you through the steps. Prior to each Zoom meeting (class), you will receive an email with specific details on that meeting.
