Course Description:

Buddhism incorporates a variety of rituals and practices which are intended to aid in the journey to enlightenment and bring blessings on oneself and others. The power of the rituals manifests when you engage in them fully and give yourself to them completely, with your entire heart and mind. When you are fully mindful of a ritual, the "I" and "other" disappear and the heart-mind opens. Join us for a fascinating exploration of the many rituals and practices found in Buddhism and their connection to the culture in which they are found.
