Former Speaker pro Tem Fred Keeley will continue to lead a conversation about actions in Sacramento related to housing, climate change, budget surplus, elections, and more. Fred Keeley held elected office in the Monterey Bay area for 24 years. He is on faculty at the Panetta Institute and also teaches in the graduate program of Public Administration at San Jose State University.
