[Past Event] Batteries Reinvented (Powering the Future) | Livestream Zoom + Recorded

Course Description:

Dr. John Goeltz discusses the research he and his students are conducting to improve the longevity, safety and cost of rechargeable batteries. Batteries can be damaged every time they are charged; damage that ultimately reduces its capacity to hold a charge and shortens the life of the battery itself. The Goeltz Lab’s groundbreaking research could be applied to batteries of all sizes—from cell phones to laptop computers to electric cars.
