Course Description:

The Earth’s greenhouse effect has been known for over a century. Scientists have long understood that the huge increase in the burning of fossil fuels that began with the Industrial Revolution would lead to a warming Earth and a changing climate. Although the science is thoroughly settled and the effects of climate change are becoming more apparent every year, this has not deterred myth creation that attempts to deny the cause, or even the existence, of climate change. Join us as we review the relevant science, identify the most popular myths put forth by climate-change deniers, and present the facts and science to debunk these untruths.
