Course Description:

Somerset, UK is home of a world-wide Cloud Appreciation Society. Part of their manifesto encourages people to, "Look up, marvel at the ephemeral beauty, and always remember to live life with your head in the clouds!" Toward that end, this offering will not only examine how and what types of clouds form, but also introduce less quotidian yet exciting phenomena such as sun dogs, haloes, fire rainbows, colored rain, auroras, and rocks that fly about in space and sometimes fall (meteorites and asteroids). Join us as we further the belief that clouds are for dreamers and their contemplation benefits the soul.
