The human ability to create is made possible by the interaction of your brain cells, neurotransmitters, hormones, and other electronic and chemical processes. Chris Hasegawa, Ph.D., retired as Dean of Extended Education and International Programs at CSU Monterey Bay. Prior to that position, he taught at the University of Oregon, Sacramento State and CSUMB.
