Course Description:

Does the Second Amendment prohibit gun control laws? Is banning books and drag queens constitutional? Can someone lawfully discriminate against the LGBTQ+ community under the First Amendment free exercise of religion clause? Is the Constitution compatible with democracy? The current Supreme Court is one of the most active in history in deciding such constitutional questions. Law professor and attorney, Mike Masuda, examines these and other pressing issues before the Court.

Mike Masuda, J.D., M.A., is a practicing attorney and law professor. He taught constitutional law at Monterey College of Law for over a decade and was named Professor of the Year.
