Ginger Chih, Ph.D., is the author of "The Dalai Lama: Leadership and the Power of Compassion," which "Publishers Weekly" praised as "a striking visual chronicle of the Dalai Lama and the diaspora." Ginger holds an MBA from NYU and a doctorate from Cambridge University. She has applied the principles of Buddhism in her professional life as a management consultant and leadership coach.
