Q: How is OLLI Funded?

Q: Is Membership required to participate in OLLI?

Courses with a fee require Membership. One Membership per person, please. 


Q: Is Membership an additional fee?

Our Spring Plum includes the Membership fee. With the Mini-Plum you pay a $20 fee plus course fees.

  • Online (strongly recommended)

Q: How do I retrieve my username/password?

To retrieve your username or password, go to the Login section at the upper right corner of the csumb.edu/olli website. There, you'll find two helpful links: Forgot Username? and Forgot Password?.

If you do not receive an automated email in your inbox, please check your Spam or Junk folder, as the email may have ended up there. Still unable to retrieve your information? Please contact our OLLI team—we're happy to assist you!


Q: Why am I receiving a Multiple Account error message?

Your email address is likely associated with more than one account or user. You may wish to initiate a new account with a fresh email address or contact our OLLI team to remedy.


Q: Can I modify my order before checking out? 

Yes, the Shopping Cart (upper right corner of each page) allows you to delete unwanted courses and memberships. 


Q: How do I confirm my course enrollment?

  • You'll receive an automated receipt via email. You may also login to your account and click on My Registered Courses

  • You'll also receive a welcome email from mcrompton@csumb.edu a week in advance of your course containing pertinent information.

  • Not receiving our emails? Please check your Spam/Junk folder. Look for OLLI in the header.


Q: What is your refund policy? 

Membership fees are non-refundable. Additional course fees (paid beyond your Membership) can be refunded if requested 7 days in advance of the course start date. 


Q: How do I drop or swap a course? How do I update my email or mailing address?

Email or call (831) 582-5500. We're happy to make the changes on your behalf.
