How do I register for courses?

The pandemic has changed the way we are able to serve you. Along with our fellow CSUMB colleagues, the OLLI staff is working remotely through 2020. This means we will not be able to answer phone calls real-time and therefore unable to facilitate phone registration. There are three ways to register:

  1. Onlinecsumb.edu/olli  (Strongly recommended – your best chance at securing a space in your favorite courses.)
  2. Email a scanned or photographed copy of your completed Registration Form to olli@csumb.edu (Caution: anticipate a delay – emails will be processed in the order they are received.)
  3. By Mail (Not recommended for those that have their heart set on specific offerings as there will be a significant delay.) Mail to:
OLLI@CSUMB 100 Campus Center @ Ryan Ranch, Seaside, CA 93955.
Even with Zoom, there will be certain courses that have limited enrollment. Please do register early.

Is Membership in OLLI required?

Offerings marked "Free – All Welcome" are open to all. No Membership required.

All other courses/offerings require Membership per agreement with The Bernard Osher Foundation. Each person participating must have their own individual Membership.

Is the cost of Membership an additional fee?

Our Fall Plum includes the membership fee.

With the Mini-Plum Membership you'll pay a $20 membership fee and pay for each course at the fee listed. Learn more...

How do I retrieve my username and password?

Forgot Username? and Forgot Password? retrieval links can be found beneath the Returning OLLI Member login box.  Instructions here...

Help! When I try to login, I receive an error message that I have more than one account.

The error message appears as your email address is associated with more than one account or user. We can fix this and retrieve your password/username for you. Simply call our office at (831) 582-5500 or email olli@csumb.edu.

How do I check my current course enrollment?

Login to your account and click on My Registered Courses

How do I update my Shopping Cart?

Please check your Cart for accuracy before checkout.

1. You'll find your Shopping Cart in the upper right corner of each page.

2. Delete unwanted courses by clicking on the trash can image to the left of the course title.

3. To delete a Membership, you will first have to delete all of your courses. Once you do, a trash can icon will appear to the left of the Membership. You may now delete the Membership and begin your order anew.

Where do courses meet?

Better days would find us at our CSUMB Ryan Ranch facility. As much as we value in-person gatherings, nothing matters more than taking action to help keep one another safe. OLLI will run a virtual program through 2020. All classes will be held online via Zoom. Links to your Zoom livestream will be emailed to you 7 days prior to the start of your course.

Are there refunds for cancellations?

Membership fees are non-refundable. Additional course fees (fees paid above and beyond your Membership) can be refunded with a request made at least 7 days prior to the course start date. Email requests to olli@csumb.edu.

Need to drop or swap a course?

Please email olli@csumb.edu or call (831) 582-5500. We are happy to help you with this.

How do I propose an OLLI course?
