The World Affairs Council of the Monterey Bay Area (WACMB) presents this moderated discussion, which has sparked insightful exchanges for decades. We'll explore eight critical topics from the Foreign Policy Association's "Great Decisions" 2026 briefing book. Each session begins with a 20-minute online lecture to complement the week's reading. Participants are invited to share their knowledge and views—or simply listen.
