Course Description:We humans are wanderers who cross oceans, traverse continents, climb mountains, even reach into space. Many of our journeys are driven by curiosity, while some are involuntary—the result of enslavement, or generated by fear or violence or famine. Join art historian Lila Thorsen and poet Patrice Vecchione as we explore the many emotions and experiences in leaving the familiar and reaching for new homelands. |
