Course Description:Take the journey with us as we get an up-close-and-personal view of great masterpieces created from artists' imaginations. Through an entertaining slideshow and insightful videos, we'll find the wonder and whimsy in art throughout history. Our masterpieces visualize stories, dreams, and flights of fancy in many different ways. Some of the artists we will examine are Michelangelo, Henri Rousseau, Marc Chagall, René Magritte, Grant Wood, Edvard Munch, Georgia O'Keeffe, Salvador Dali, and Frida Kahlo. |
