Course Description:

Along with decarbonization, ending the industrial animal agriculture system is essential for global sustainability. In this talk, Dr. Jason Scorse will provide an overview of how the current system is the worst of all worlds—environmentally unsustainable, unhealthy and cruel. He'll discuss the new technologies and policies that can help pave the way to a just and sustainable system.
