Course Description:For many artists, inspiration for a new creation can be sparked by revisiting cherished remnants of the past. Join us as we create a colorful art journal with an up-cycled book as our palette. You’ll draw, collage, and write your favorite poems or reflections on pages you watercolor first. Bring some personal paper memorabilia—old photos, greeting cards you love, postcards, stamps, even tickets. We will have old books to choose from and magazines to collage with as well as painting and drawing materials. But if you prefer to bring your own, please do so. You can register and participate in both sessions. |
