Course Description:

Until an experience is given form—in one way or another—it's an occurrence that may easily drift by. But once we find the stories of our lives, they get borders, a beginning, middle and end. When we reflect upon our lives, their many nuances, twists and turns, we give them names, hold them up to the light, contemplate, puzzle over, wholly feel, we can arrive at a greater understanding of who we are and what matters most. Often it takes sitting down before the notebook to recognize what needs to find its way into language. Writing in community adds a special dimension to the process. Join me, won’t you, to write your mornings away and deepen the experience of your life?
