Threat Finance: Halting the Flow of Money to Terrorists

Course Description:

Despite all of the measures put in place after 9/11 to stop criminals from raising and moving money, terrorist groups and rogue states continue to bypass these controls. In this fascinating talk, Professor Mo Ruehsen explains how these criminal actors generate and sustain cash flow, how banks sometimes aid and abet these activities, and what authorities are doing to disrupt their nefarious financial operations.
