Course Description:

Spending time outdoors is a powerful way to reconnect with yourself while reconnecting with the world around you. In the presence of plants, trees, water, birds, and more, the inherent beauty and aliveness compels us to be awake and mindful. Discover for yourself how the natural world soothes, heals and refreshes; and learn simple practices to cultivate mindfulness. Most sessions will begin via an audio phone call, where you'll be guided to experience the “nearby nature” right outside your door in a brand new way. We'll then come together via Zoom to share our experiences and learn about the research on what’s behind our love of the outdoors.

Location

Course will meet via Zoom and cell phone and will NOT be recorded or available for viewing later. A Zoom link will be emailed to each participant prior to the class session.
