Course Description:The World Affairs Council of the Monterey Bay Area presents this moderated discussion format, which has generated insightful exchanges for decades. The topic each month will be centered on a selection from the Council's recent speakers or other presentations featuring leading international affairs experts. Participants are encouraged to watch the selected speaker, consider suggested readings and pursue independent study on the issue at hand in order to share their knowledge and views—but just listening is fine too. |

Facilitator:
Linda Dilger retired after 35 years of mathematics education leadership. She was also a lecturer at CSUMB and holds master's degrees in educational technology and education leadership. Boyd Haight spent 35 years overseas as an official of the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization and is currently involved with a number of non-profit organizations in the Monterey area.
