Your memory is equal parts amazing, fascinating and mysterious. In many ways, it is also your most precious possession. Renowned brain science expert Dr. Marc Milstein examines the latest solutions for maintaining memory health. In this illuminating talk, you'll learn how to protect your brain from memory loss and age-related mental decline. You'll also discover science-based tips to boost memory as well as dietary suggestions to help lower the risk of dementia. Dr. Marc Milstein separates the facts from the hype as he presents the latest science on the brain/gut connection. He'll provide actionable tips to optimize gut health while exploring its effects on conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, obesity, anxiety, and depression.

Facilitator:

Dr. Marc Milstein specializes in taking the leading science research on health and happiness and presenting it in a way that entertains, educates and empowers. He earned his Ph.D. in Biological Chemistry from UCLA and has conducted research on topics including neuroscience, cancer biology and infectious disease. His work has been published in multiple scientific journals and he is a frequent health expert in the media.
