Course Description:

The practice of mindfulness is rich, inspiring a lifetime of growth and transformation. As we move through life, we continue to become aware of our habitual reactions, and we continue to learn how to respond skillfully. Join us as we support each other in deepening and refreshing our practice through teaching, sharing, meditation, movement, and written reflection. You’ll experience various forms of practice, explore your reasons and motivations for practice, and receive encouragement to continue your own mindfulness journey. This course is for those who have already taken an introductory course in mindfulness and meditation— no matter how recently. It complements the Fall 2019 course, “Exploring Mindfulness in Daily Life,” delving into different themes and practices.
