Course Description:From the time I can remember, I’ve been narrating what I observe and experience. I’m always telling myself one story or another; it’s a kind of companionship. That’s how I take what’s happening and bring it close, so that I can come to some level of understanding and decide what matters, what warrants my attention, and what does not. My poems and stories start there. Join me to write your daily life and what’s beyond it, to find language for what you know to be true and false. I’ll hold the door open and stand guard as you enter your wild and vivid life and find the words you most need. |
