[Past Event] Beatles Sing-along | Stanton Center

Course Description:

Channel your inner Fab Four as we sing dozens of our Beatles' faves including "Yesterday," "Eight Days a Week," "Please Please Me," "You've Got to Hide Your Love Away," "Ticket to Ride," "Hey Jude," and much more. Along the way, we'll revel in Beatles images and history via a big-screen visual presentation. Come celebrate the enduring magic of Paul, John, George, and Ringo within the wonderful confines of the Stanton Center in Downtown Monterey.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to an illness, Pete Elman and his band are unable to perform at this event. OLLI favorite Chris Hasegawa will step in for Pete, lead the sing-long and narrate the presentation as well.

Beloved OLLI instructor Chris Hasegawa leads OLLI's popular "Singing in the Brain" offering each semester. Chris sings with Secret Monterey Jazz Connection, has been a leader with Monterey Peninsula Voices, and plays with the Ukulele Songbirds.
